Yesterday I started a five day celebration of my own body. That is, I figured that I’d better get rid of the extra buildup that have returned with the slow life this summer. So, I dragged myself down to a gym and did about 1,5 hours of workout, followed by a little bikeride around the southwestern parts of Trondheim (Heimdal/Byåsen).
