Today I went a bit over the hill you might say.
I first thought I should do some jogging at the gym before work, so I did. Then after work I thought I should go back to the gym for some more jogging and some bikeriding. So I did. Then I had a little dinner (salad) and thought: Why not go for a little walk, since it’s not raining and all? So I did that too. All in all I’ve been doing some kind of workout or trying to shape up three times today. I guess I’m not going to do that every day for the next month, but it’s a start.
