My “Two week training”-program is going ahead this week as I now enter the second week of being sober, clearthinking and training-focused. The main goal of this two week period is ofcourse to loose some weight, and become comfortable with the proccess of doing situps every morning, and every evening. So far I must sum up the past week as a success, since I mannaged to loose the 85th kg, and bikeride more than 100 Km’s. In total I belive this week will be funny, tho a bit frustrating as both my eager towards a real beef (Fridays dinner) and a party (Friday, Saturday, next Friday, Saturday, and the week after that?).
Elesewere the Vatican Library have adopted RFID-tagging of it’s 120 000 books available for public reading in its Library readingrooms. This will, acording to sources help their ability to serve the public by cutting down the time they have to spend indexing and cross-checking contents of their bookshelfs. Earlier this process took about 1 month, now it will only take half a day. Woha.. Thats a very nice way to use RFID. Libraries all over should pick up this idea. It will really make my reading expirience a lot better as I could go to the local library and see the whereabouts of my favourite book instantly. “Inside” or “Loaned” would be the easiest initial tags, followed by a deep-scan available for “Inside” so that I could find it even if it was misplaced 🙂
And yeah, while I am at it. Breakfeast is one of the days most important meals. I have therefore started to bring food to work if I do not mannage to get it eaten at home. Eat every 3 hours, a little, and weight will move. Ttyl 🙂
